All products supplied by Pamela Kennedy Christening Wear are of the very highest quality. They are suitable for the use and purpose for which they were originally intended only. Please note: These garments are not intended as sleepwear.

RETURNS

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your goods within 7 days for a full exchange or refund. Items must be returned unworn, with all the labels and tags attached together with the original undamaged packaging.

Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the original payment within 14 days of you sending it back to us. We will notify you by email once the refund has been made.

We do not refund the cost of postage unless the return is the result of our own error. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post so please take adequate measures to return the package safely to us. For goods returned from outside the UK, please label the return package as “Returned GB Merchandise” on the custom declaration to ensure no tax or duty is charged.

We understand that returning goods from outside the UK within 7 days may be difficult. As long as the item is posted back to us within 7 days of receipt of goods, we will accept the refund. As with UK orders, we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost in the post so please take adequate measures to return the package safely to us.

If you wish to cancel your order before despatch or exchange or refund any items, you are asked to contact us, by telephone or email as soon as possible. Please note this does not apply to goods which have been made to specific requirements.

If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched, then the returns policy as described above applies. All items are checked before despatch, however in the very unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and we will arrange a full exchange or refund.
