Delivery Information
All goods must be paid for in full and funds cleared before they are despatched.
Delivery is free of charge within the United Kingdom and includes postage, packaging and insurance.
Goods will normally be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders. Overseas orders will normally be despatched via DHL.
Since all items are made to order please allow 28 days for despatch, however orders are normally despatched within 7 days of receipt of payment. (Please let us know if you need it sooner and we shall endeavour to meet your needs).
In the event of a delay customers will be notified.
All deliveries must be signed for.

Overseas customers
Overseas goods will normally be despatched via DHL.
You can purchase items from us from almost anywhere in the world. Simply use your credit card in the normal way and your credit card company will bill you in your own currency.
Children’s wear does not incur any VAT or Sales Tax in the UK.
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays.
Responsibility for local taxes and duties lies with the customer or recipient in all circumstances.
